In the near future (fall 2019), I will be discontinuing use of the email drkolodney@panfpc.com, and doing all my patient related communication through Patient Gateway (PG).  If you don't already have a Patient Gateway account for you or child child, please come by the office to complete a registration form.  

 

I know many of you have enjoyed the convenience of emailing me directly.   PG will still allow for this convenience, while also allowing for more streamlined and accessible documentation of our interactions.  I think if you take the extra few minutes to register for PG, it will be worth your while.

PG registration for children under the age of 18 must be done in person, at our office. For teenagers between the age of 13-17, the teenager must be present at the time of registration.
