Pamela Rapoza, RN, MSN, CPNP

International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC)

Pamela graduated from the University of California, San Diego in 2005 with a BS in Biology. She later returned to nursing school and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007.  She graduated from Boston College with a Master of Science in Nursing and is certified through the PNCB as a pediatric nurse practitioner in 2011. Pamela also holds a Master of Education in Health Education from Boston University. She has worked in a variety of pediatric inpatient and outpatient settings including: oncology, community health, school health, and primary care. Pamela has been with PANF since 2015.

Lactation Consulting 

Breast milk is considered the optimal nutrition for infants in the first year of life.  Sometimes, making breastfeeding successful for both the infant and the mother is difficult.  A international board certified lactation consultant (IBCLC) can help ease the process.  PANF is excited to announce that our terrific nurse practioner, Pam Rapoza , is a certified lactation consultant.  Pam is available for lactation consulting to all nursing mothers or mothers who plan to nurse.  Call the office or ask  about it at your baby’s next check up.
