Payment, including that for insurance copays and for non-covered services, is expected at the time of the visit. For your convenience, we also accept Visa and, MasterCard credit cards. Your insurance plan may restrict you to specific diagnostic facilities and/or hospitals or may have specific benefit designs that restrict certain care or tests. Please become familiar with the provisions of your plan prior to your visit. We do not have access to all of this information for every insurance plan.
