GETTING MEDICAL HELP After Office Hours

If this is an emergency situation, call 911 immediately. If you need advice before the next day's office hours call the office phone number. Our offices are open many weekday evenings until 7:30 P.M. See the schedule below. All children are seen by appointment only.
There is always a pediatrician available for overnight calls. If the office is not open, the answering service will take a message and your telephone number so that the doctor on call can call you back. If you do not hear from us within 20 minutes, please call again and inform the operator that you have not received a call back. From 9:00 P.M. until 7:00 A.M., we utilize a pediatric nursing triage service to answer our telephone calls. They are nurse practitioners specially trained in pediatrics to help answer your emergency questions, to help make decisions regarding the need for immediate care, or to provide the most appropriate guidance based on our office protocols for your sick child.
